   I know a certain site that is rivals to a certain other site and insults all the people from the other site. It's very annoying. Is this reportable behavior?

   I shouldn't have thought so. Unless you think it's actually libellous and you want to take them to court, just ignore it.

   Being mean to other people isn't against the Terms of Service at WP.com.
