Request for theme

    Apparently this is what I should be doing if I'd like to suggest a theme to support. It is my understanding that I cannot use this theme because I am with wordpress.com and not wordpress.org (correct me if I'm wrong) but it is perfect for my online music magazine. Is there any way that it can be added to the themes that WordPress supports? I've included the link below.
