Requesting refund for theme purchased in error.

  1. I purchased a theme I can't use. Is it possible to get a refund? I'm using the WordPress Importer App to import a blog from WordPress to Shopify. I misunderstood the way it works and realize now the theme itself won't transfer over. How can I request a refund?

  2. You must be logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrade to request cancelation or a refund. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
