Requesting refund for Value bundle upgrade

  1. I purchased it less than 24 hours ago, thinking that I would be able to import custom themes. This upgrade did not meet my needs and I don't need it.
    What is the direct way to request a refund?

  2. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
