resizing images

  1. i don't know what happened, but i used to be able to resize how my images displayed just by changing it in the html code. but nope, doing that leaves the image the exact same size.

    as a demonstration, i changed the html in this post (http://ronnyis.com/?p=2358) from the original...

    <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2359" title="Screen shot 2011-02-17 at 2.12.34 PM" src="http://ronnyis.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Screen-shot-2011-02-17-at-2.12.34-PM.png" alt="" width="471" height="227" />

    ...to something a little different (see height)...

    <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2359" title="Screen shot 2011-02-17 at 2.12.34 PM" src="http://ronnyis.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Screen-shot-2011-02-17-at-2.12.34-PM.png" alt="" width="471" height="300" />

    but there are no changes in the post.

    what am i doing wrong?

    here is my blog: http://www.ronnyis.com
