I have inadvertently deleted the home page of my site at http://destinationsupport.wordpress.com.
How do I restore it to the state in which I downloaded it?

You did not delete your front page ie. the running for posts and in fact that can't be done. What you deleted was the Hello World placeholder post http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ and as soon as you publish a post, not a page the 404 (page not found) error message will disappear. http//en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
