You can go to your Medial Library and delete any image from it.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog you can delete it. NOTE that URLs are not recycled here.

The image is accommodated on WORDPRESS this document did not owe etre published and kept confidential, I have to delete(eliminate) the blog and the image is always existing.

Id it was indexed then the image will remain in Google's cache for 3 to 6 months ie. until they flush their caches and we can do nothing about that.
