Return purchased theme

  1. Hi,

    Can I return and get a refund for the delicious theme which I purchased for my blog?

    The blog I need help with is gettingin2.wordpress.com.

  2. If it has been less than 30 days, go to "Store" in your dashboard, scroll down where it shows the upgrades and such you have purchased and there will be a link to request a refund.

  3. It has been less than 30 days but that doesn't show in the store section. Is there anything else I can do?

  4. If you purchased the theme from WordPress.com indeed, contact them directly at support@wordpress.com
    We are users like you and can't help you with refund issues.

    I got exactly the same theme and it's just too confusing for me. They used the word EASY on their description. Very irritating. ANyway, did you ever get your refund, gettingin2?

  7. Contact staff as @airodyssey recommends and request your refund.

    Thanks thesacredpath... I did that already... but just wondering how fast it took and if the refund was granted... am a little antsy to find out, aahaha!

  9. As long is it is within the 30 days, the refund request will be granted. How soon I cannot say since staff are not officially "in the office" at this time, but they are still taking care of business.

    Given that they are taking care of over 25 million sites here, things aren't always instantaneous.
