Ridiculous

  1. I mistakenly signed up for the pro version of the wrong site. I need a refund ASAP. Why the hell is it so hard to get someone from wordpress to give some support? It is ridiculous to have to jump through these hoops.

  8. My pleasure. I've gone ahead and issued a $99 refund and canceled the Value Bundle. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your statement.

  9. Really amazing that you got to it so quickly. And, much appreciated!

    I would love to make one suggestion--put somewhere on the site that there are actually WP reps in the forums. For those of us who are newbies, it seems a bit odd to be asking such a random question in a forum format. If there had been some indication along the way that there were staff members keeping an eye on things, I would have gotten far less frustrated.
