  i’ve followed the instructions: i wrote [ rockyou id=76024702]
  but still doesn’t work, please help me!

  Did you remove the spaces? You need to do that. And if you give us a link to the post where you’ve tried to do this we can look at it and help you more.

  Also, please tell us what kind of an error you’re getting.
