RSS feed?

    i am trying to add Rss widget but it is asking me to
    1) enter the RSS feed url here
    2) give the feed a title (optional)

    my question how can i asnwer the first question. which url i should enter? my own blog site?

    All WordPress blogs have multiple built-in feeds. http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

    It's for people who make a comment and want to follow along by RSS if someone replies or comments more.
