I'm new to wordpress.com (usually use wordpress.org) so I'm a little unsure of how things work... Are there any widgets/add ons/features that allow me to insert my own code (html/css, js, and a little php)?

Does anyone know of any widgets I can set up that not only allow a user to subscribe to an RSS feed but also obtain an email address of the user so that I can have it for a mailing list?

(1) This is a multiuser blogging platform and we cannot edit out templates
