Is there a easy way to save all posts and replay on my blog to a Word document? Or do I have to copy and paste every text box in my blog over to Word?

WordPress.com provides an export file via the Dashboard>Tools>Export, but it is done as an XML file. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
There is no option to export to Word directly, however, you might be able to find a file converter.
