marleneleeartI have made some changes on the home page but when I go to save there isn't a save button. If I try to leave the page, I can't save the changes. So how can I save the home page?

Are you saying you don't see an "Update" button in the Publish module of the Page editor after you make changes? See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-screen/
If the Publish module is missing, you can re-enable it from the "screen options" button in the upper right corner of that screen. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/
