I had three posts scheduled to appear this morning, and only one did. When I checked the status of the other two on my posts page, they show "Missed schedule" and I had to do a Quick Edit and Update in order to get them to publish.
Is this a problem with my blog, or with the WP interface? My time zone is correctly set (GMT+2, Johannesburg).

Scheduled posts don't actually appear until someone visits the blog after the scheduled time of publication. Basically, the post is published upon visit and back-dated to the schedule time. The next time you schedule a post, could you logout and visit your blog a few minutes after the scheduled time to see if it gets published?
