I've noticed that when scheduled posts are published they neither perform a ping nor show on the tags lists, if the post is re-saved then it will ping and show up in the lists. I've checked multiple times, so I am pretty sure of this.
It is easily solved by re-saving but it would be nice to show up on the tags list when the post is first published, because if the list is busy it would lose the chance to be at the top.

It's an error of which staff is aware that seems to affect only certain blogs. Contact staff directly and report where it has happened on your blog. I know it's still happening on mine, even though staff is working to fix it.
