"Screen Options" and "Help" do not work

    "Screen Options" and "Help" at Dashboard do not work (happens nothing when I click these with mouse).

    The blog I need help with is portonmath.wordpress.com.

    The site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog, and we won't be able to help you with that.

    My "Screen Options" and "Help" work on every admin page except the Widgets page.
