   After adding a new post, I get a small screen on the left that tells me how many posts I have done, and how many to a certain goal. On the right it shows my blog.

   Is there any way to configure my blog so that after I publish a post it either stays on the post, or goes to the dashboard or something?

   Go to Users > Personal Settings and disable "Instant Post Feedback".
