   Hi, Am trying to add a scrolling banner underneath my logo/header at http://yehhailife.wordpress.com, without using Javascript. I found this html code, but it doesn't seem to fit with the current css code:

   <APPLET CODE="scroll.class" WIDTH=640 HEIGHT=14>
   <PARAM NAME="message" VALUE="Hello!">
   </APPLET>

   Might anyone be able to help?

   Applets are java (although not javascript) and not allowed.

   The only way would be an animated gif, but the problem with those is that the file sized get huge very quickly and the more images in the animation, the slower it becomes to load and run.
