Google has 40 entries on your site and Bing has 2 so far: http://ismyblogworking.com/officialheatherelizabeth.wordpress.com .
It can take 4-6 weeks for the search engines to fully index a site and figure out where they are going to put your stuff. Your site is only a couple weeks old, and for Google to already have 40 results on your site is actually very good.
Don't worry about it. Keep blogging, categorize and tag your posts (10-12 max tags per post) and it will all happen for you.

Also, each time you post, wordpress pings all major search engines and services on the internet automatically.
