second author on one blog

    so how do a second editor actually get to use my blog for his writting. Has permission but what are the steps

    The blog I need help with is bonelakemeadows.wordpress.com.

    Please see author roles for what the author role scope is defined as. Then see adding users and follow the steps to add the new author.
