My first posterous import worked ok except I only had one comment max per post. I tracked this down to a bug in the posterous backup xml, deleted all my WordPress content, fixed the xml file, and ran the import again. The second time I got the import completed email, but no content appeared in WordPress.
The blog I need help with is shawnstrings.wordpress.com.

Your posts are still in the Posts -> Trash sub-section of your blog's Dashboard.
You'll need to empty the Trash to completely remove them, then try the import again.
Got it, thanks! In retrospect I may also have botched the comment id fix at first, but in any case the posts imported fine with comments now.
