   Have you read this Support article about creating a custom menu? http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=custom+menus

   It can be confusing for newish users to understand about creating a custom menu on wp.com so this post from a fellow volunteer may also prove useful:

   If neither of those prove useful, then come back for help. Describe in more detail what problems you encounter in creating a new menu. What is your goal? What have you tried?
