Seeking Other payment systems

    I am not a credit card holder because I an immigrant to this country for some reasons. How can I buy the domain I have selected? Do you have other payment systems, such as telephonic money transfer, etc?

    The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
