You can have separate feeds for categories and each author's name could be made into a category. Would that work for you?

I believe you will have to host your WP site, to be able to do that. I have not seen that on here. However I don't have any other contributors on my blog, so I am not sure the options stay the same with multiple people.
You might be able to do this through a third party app.
You could also do what time says, assign a catagory to each user, and then feed that cat.
