seperate sidebars for separate pages(20-11) ie twitter widget on one page only

  1. I have a blog detailing my various musical projects, and what i'm trying to accomplish is: from the home menu, a drop down entitled "musical projects blah blah" and in the drop down, a page each for the various bands i play in, and then on each page, a separate sidebar with content (twitter widget, links, etc etc) that doesn't show up in the REST of the pages' sidebars, including my home page. I'm really, really new to wordpress.com, so forgive me if i sound like an idiot.

The blog I need help with is slimmclean.wordpress.com.

  2. i solved this by creating separate blogs for each band, and then putting the links in a drop down menu. a bit cumbersome so i'm still looking for a better solution.

  3. Good: there's no other solution. The sidebar isn't a section of a specific page, it's a section of the theme: it's one and the same sidebar no matter what page you're on.
