   For the last few days, I have not been able to post any comments at all in my blog. At first, I could post one but it would take 4 or 5 minutes to load. Then I could go to post and nothing, the little circle up in my tab just kept spinning and spinning. I had photos to disappear, links to disappear and the post page's writing would just disappear when I went to post it.

   I tried today to post. I managed so far to get two post out. The first one when super fast as normal. I thought great, everything is fine. The second post, was pitiful. I had notices come up WordPress had quit working, problem with the site and on and on.

   Could someone look into this and see if I can correct this problem or perhaps someone else could? I appreciate your help.

   I just got through timing the time it take for my posts to show up on my blog. It is taking seven minutes. I have 700 followers which like my daily postings. I do not want to lose any of them. I would appreciate any help available or someone to look at my site. Please. Thank you.

   (1) How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?

   I'm asking because the way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

   (2) What is your operating system and exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
   Note: If you are running IE9 in compatibility mode then be aware that it renders as IE7 and IE7 is not supported.

   (3) Have you tried?
   clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

   using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled

   updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/

   using another browser

   (4) Are you logging in using the secure https:// log-in? see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

   There is a long standing issue that Staff are aware of.

   (5) Did you create the post or page on the dashboard of your blog? If were using the "Add New" on the main page for wordpress.com here http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ then the draft is lost and cannot be recovered. That link is only for creating "Asides":

   Aside – These are brief snippets of text that aren’t quite whole blog posts. Useful for quick thoughts and anecdotes http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-formats/

   Create posts only your own blog's dashboard > http://witchesofthecraft.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
   Then you will be creating full posts and not asides. The full posts will have titles, can have categories assigned to them, the images will stop disappearing and the autosave feature will operate so your won't lose drafts.
