   Currently, comments at wordpress.com blogs are disabled:

   Your server is going through a few minutes of routine maintenance. Please don't touch your browser for a few minutes.

   What do I do?

   * If you were posting a comment or making a post on your blog then do not press BACK on your browser. Wait 5 minutes and press the refresh icon on your browser. Your comment or post will be sent as normal.
   * If you are browsing a blog here just wait a few moments and hit refresh. The page you were expecting will appear.

   I have wait at least half hour and the maintenance continues. How much time gonna take this situation?

   Not only that, but fully half the time I try to check a post the computer tells me it can't find the server at WordPress; as I am the #1 pick on "Best of the Web" on the Guardian today, this does not take me to my happy place.

   Also, I'm having to log in again every time I click away from the dashboard. Hopefully the techies will fix things ASAP.

   I'm afraid it hasn't been sorted at all - at least not as far as my blog is concerned! Still can't do anything in it.

   I can't believe it. I just spent over an hour writing a post for my uni work, i clicked 'save' and now its disappeared? I did exactly what it said, waited for 5 mins and refreshed and it just took me back to my dashboard. I'll cry if I've lost all my work :(

   Always, ALWAYS hit Control A, Control C and save your whole post before hitting Publish. If nothing goes wrong, it's harmless. If something goes wrong, it's saved everything anyway. If you learn nothing else from the forums, please get into this habit. It saves a lot of tears.

    Ooooh, no ;( Thats horrible.

    But i thought it automatically saves drafts every 5 mins or something. So there is no way of getting that post back?
