   Hi

   I have been playing around with the permalink but can't get where I need to go

   I think the reason I can't find the answer is the wording of the question.

   I am using WP as a CMS and therefore want to get rid of the /?page_id=3 and add in specific page titles.

   i.e

   index.php, portfolio.php etc

   not

   index.php/portfolio

   surely this is possible ?
