Hi all. My new blog, "Aj's Focus on Fitness," is, of course, about fitness. In truth, it's more than that, with posts each day hitting on some aspect of the week's overarching theme. Last week focused on my personal fitness mantra, "something is better than nothing." The topic this week is basic nutrition.
The blog's purpose is modest. I only want to be part of the greater effort to educate and build partnerships for improving what I see to be a dire health situation in my country.
