  1. Can I add the sharethis plugin as a widget, or do I have to move to wordpress.org for it to work?

  4. Thanks for your reply. I went to the teckline.wordpress.com and there were some Share this post icons. How did you get those in there?

  5. Get social tool for windows.

    If you have a windows based computer you can download load get social

    Here is the tutorial I wrote up for it you can find the download
    link for get social just look for the hard drive icon in the article.
    also you can find the video tutorial link in that article also if you
    would prefer to learn by video.

  7. I don't know about Sharethis but Addthis works equally well in the sidebar as widget for individual posts. I have it on my blog.

  10. @niqqi-I think I posted my reply a day earlier than your new thread, but I'm glad it helped you nonetheless. :)

    @arifsali-I think yours is one of the few blogs on which the AddThis button works correctly. AddThis needs javascript and in spite of the instructions given in the FAQs for using it on your WordPress.COM blog, whatever code remains after COM gets done stripping out the javascript just doesn't seem to work for individual posts on some blogs. I've tried it on two different blogs using different themes (Cutline and The Journalist) without success; the bookmark gets hijacked. But good to know that it does work for some.
