The option to full posts or the short version is selected to short version, but it's still the full post on the blog. I would like to have it checked out please.

That option only affects your RSS feed. If you want summary posts on the blog itself, you'll need to split the posts with a More tag: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
