   I've come across some very useful plug-ins that I'd love to have on my blog, but as Im still only using .com I can't. I'm thinking about upgrading to .org but am concerned that I'm not 'technical' minded enough to deal with it. Is there anyone on here who has upgraded that can give me a bit of advice about what's involved?
