birkadini somehow can not set the option for not showing the full posts but just the summaries. any hep appreciated

There are several means we can use for splitting content. If you are refering to excerpts only on the front page of the blog inserting the more tag into your posts is the choice to make.
If you are referring to Settings > Reading that's where you can change you RSS Feed from "full text" to "summary". I do that to compel my subscribers to click into my blog thereby creating a page view stat rather than reading the full post in their email and not visiting the blog.
