I want to see if there is a way to display related posts that I've written or one's that share the same tags as the post that the reader has clicked on.
I've searched the forums and found some old topics that say you can turn "related posts" on/off by going to Appearance > Extras...........but I don't see this on my dashboard. Is that only a feature for .ORG sites?

Use Zemanta either on your blog (I think it's under Settings) or as a browser add-on. It's terrific.
Thanks @raincoaster. Zemanta looks like a great tool! It solves my problem of getting related posts from other sources. Any way to also include posts that I've written previously in the blog?
Yes, if you use Zemanta as a browser add-on, you can configure it to pull only from certain blogs, even just from your own. I can't say enough good things about it. And their tech support is great.
