Showing thumbnails for post in "Structure" theme

    Hi,

    I've recently start my own blog at facaelectrica.wordpress.com and on the main page I would like to see thumbnails of the images on each post. Is that possible? If so how?

    I've tried using the "Featured Image" and it shows as a thumbnail but when I go into the post I get that image stretched to fit the top image frame. Could I maybe disable that somehow?

    You can see an example on the first post
    "ZBRUSH SKETCHES – CLINT EASTWOOD"

    but when you actually go into the post you get a really distorted image

    and then repeated again in the bottom.

    The blog I need help with is facaelectrica.wordpress.com.
