   Can't say how long it has been like that because I haven't checked the blog in a couple of days. There was only a list of links, many of which have not been visible for years. I tried adding stuff back but gave up after seeing the Flickr widget doesn't even connect to my account. This is discouraging because there is no way I can simply remember everything that was there. And there seems to be a different choice of widgets for this theme. Basically just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

   The blog I need help with is neath.wordpress.com.

   I am using Firefox 19 and I do see a sidebar with three widgets (Archives, Flickr, Recent Comments). You could try a Google search and checked out cached copies to see what's missing.    The three widgets are the ones I added when I thought I could do it myself. When I went to the blog all I had on the side was a list of every link I have ever had in the sidebar, or at least it looked like it. I am not too worried about it because I was planning to revamp my sidebar in the future,, just would have been nice to work with what I had. Also, the available widgets list does not seem to be as extensive as it seemed in the past with other themes. I will probably just change themes when I have the time and see what happens. :)

   By the way, timethief, I really appreciate your work here over all these years. I have been working day and night processing pictures for an exhibition next week and that is why you haven't heard from me sooner.

   Hi neath,
   I thought searching Google's cache would at least provide a view of the widgets you used before. Then you could install them again.

   Thanks for the thanks. I am going crazy with business year end and tax year end stuff. I'm so exhausted and have such bad eye strain I can barely see. Oh well! in less than a week it will be all over.
