I set up a wordpress account through lamphost and then accidently a second time directly with wordpress. Unfortunately, the second wordpress account is active and I am wondering if I can retrieve my original account

I'm not that familiar with lamphost, but it appears to me that the original account is NOT a wordpress.COM account?
