I just signed up for the 30 dollar yearly custom font service and have chosen the fonts I want applied. I have pressed update numerous times and it keeps saying the changes have been saved.
When I go to the 'custom design' part of my dashboard, it says they are applied but on my site, the default fonts are there.
Can someone help me out with this.
I use the Twenty Ten theme.

Try clearing your cache and then restarting your browser and see if that does the trick. When I look at your page at http://www.machetesquadhq.com/ it appears to me that you're using different fonts than the default Twenty Ten theme.
It's http://www.TheMacheteLexicon.com that I am trying to make it work on.
I see custom fonts on that site. Have you tried as @staked suggests and cleared your cache and restarted your browser?
Must be my browser - Firefox - as I looked on my friend's chrome and it is all there.
