Silly blog problem - undoubtedly very easy. Help!

    Currently if you go to my blog, you can read all of my blog entries on one page.
    I don't like this. It is impossible for me to monitor how many people are looking at each entry.
    How do I change this? I would like it so that only a taster of the main article is visible on this main page.
