Site does not work on iphone

  1. All that loads is home page and no other menu options show. On enable moble theme home page does not show??? I would like to quote the theme discription

" A beautifully simple solution for showcasing photos professionally. The theme features 1, 2 and 3 column portfolio layout options, a slideshow page template, homepage featured slideshow and responsive framework for displaying content seamlessly across mobile devices"

The blog I need help with is shadowboximaging.com.

  2. Photographer is actually a fully responsive theme, so you can safely disable our mobile theme via Appearance -> Mobile in your blog's Dashboard.

You can see a preview of what the theme looks like on mobile devices at the bottom of http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/photographer/

  3. It is, but only the home page shows and none of the other pages show. The demo site when viewed on my iPhone has a drop down bar to select other pages. Why does this one do that and mine does not?

  4. The difference appears to be that you aren't using a custom menu.

Try building your menu at Appearance -> Menus in your blog's Dashboard.

See this for more info: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  5. I thought the theme was already to go. Why do I have to customize it to do what it shows it can do? why can I not just drop my stuff into the theme and go? Thats what I thought I was paying for

  6. In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/photographer

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
