site hacked, password and email changed

    I am posting on behalf of a friend, because as a result of of this hacking he cannot log in to his site or the forums, or reset his password because the email address on his account was changed.

    His site is beanydion.com and it has obviously been hacked. Since he cannot log in, he also cannot contact tech support. Any suggestions on how to get his email and password reset and hopefully his blog restored?

    If someone from WordPress.com could contact me I can provide his email address, or you can look it up from what it was before the site got hacked and contact him directly. Thanks so much!

    Thst blog is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and this support forum is only for those with free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Your friend needs to contact the web host .

    He said it was a free WordPress.com blog. It's just using his own domain name. I can verify this with him.

    That site at (beanydion.com) is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

    Gotcha. Sorry, I was just going off what he told me. I'll have him check with the guy that put together the site for him to see if he has the hosting account info. Thanks.
