site has disappeared!

  1. I have changed the gsundheitshuus.wordpress.com by mapping it to gsundheitshuus-emmental.ch

Now the site has gone and is not visible anymore in the net. Neither on the old adress nor on the new.

I changed the DNS Servers on the new domain tool as instructed ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.com

    what can i do?

The blog I need help with is gsundheitshuus-emmental.ch.

  2. You need the staff to add a zone record for you. Your name servers are not fully changing

I have flagged this for the staff to help you. They are a bit backed up at this point.

If you want your site to work while you wait for the staff. Try setting the primary domain name back to your blog name.

  3. Hi there,

I'm so sorry for the late reply! However, I went to your site, and found that it was loading properly as seen in the screenshot below:

Hi, my blog does not load at all, seems like it also just disappeared. It was working just fine this morning. How can we fix this problem?

    http://blog.cconfetti.com

    Thank you for the help

  5. What are you trying to do - looks like you might be trying to frame the blog into another site - we don't provide support for framing in

If you are trying to map your blog as a sub-domain you have not done all the steps and probably need a CNAME added (you need to do that) and maybe other items - review the instructions below and see if any were skipped or not done properly

    Hi Auxclass,

it's weird because it used to works and now it doesn't anymore. Also it looks like it works, can it be something else?:

    Primary Domain Subscription
blog.cconfetti.com Expiring - will stop functioning on March 26, 2015
This is your Primary Domain; the domains below will redirect to it.

  7. How were you trying to insert the blog in your web site?

If you were trying to map as a sub-domain then please go through the instructions and see if anything has changed

With a bit of luck @gracejiyoung will check this thread again - she was notified of new traffic in it - but I don't know her hours of work

  8. @maryemmanuelle-

I found that your site was up and running as seen here:

    https://cloudup.com/c3T4GoJgxwU

and the subdomain is set to expire in March 2015. So you should be set!

    Cheers!

Hello, I accidentally mapped my brand new domain name [anukimedia.com] to my blog [anuki008.wordpress.com]... I did this by changing the name server to ns.1wordpress.com etc... then i realised that i didn't want my blog to have this domain name - and that i was meant to create my website before mapping the domain to it [yes i know]. so I reverted back to the original name server coding [sent to me by http://123-reg.co.uk%5D - but have lost my blog and i cannot change the name servers back to WP. Sorry - I'm so not technical but i have been really trying. how do i retrieve my blog and un-map it from my domain name? I appreciate any help with this. Trying to remain calm... Thank you in advance...

My site is gone too? didn't change anything on it

  11. @mdhuntingandfishing-

It looks like there are no sites in your account. Please create a blog by going to WordPress.com > My Blogs.

If you have any other questions, please open up a new thread.

    @anukicommunications-

I see that your domain is pointing to your self-hosted site. You should be set!

  13. @auxclass-

Ah thank you for that! @mdhuntingandfishing please note that @auxclass is right about self-hosted sites.

    Thanks!
