No, not if the blog is set to public. If it is set to private then the answer is yes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

If you are logged into a Public blog (anyone can see it) then no
If you are logged into a Private blog (only invited members can see it) then yes your visits are counted (else you would never have any views)
