I have moved my site to HostGator. I need to change the nameserver.
How can I do it, and where can I find it? What steps should I take?

The blog I need help with is livingwithallergy.com.

  2. To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-servers

Note you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as "nameservers" or "NS records" instead.)

Hope this helps - let us know if you have any more questions!

    Thank you for your answer.
I called the HostGator where I want to host my .com site. They want to charge me $7.95 for the transfer(+1 year extended domain name). They told me, it is not necessary to transfer, it is enough just point to Hostgator. What does it mean? What is the difference?
How can I keep the WP features with plugins and place affiliate links?
Am I able to use the dashboard on WP, instead of cPanel on Hostgator?
