Yes, google Sitemeter and you'll find that news of this is all over the internet. Apparently my own blog hadn't been opening in IE5.5, 6.0 or 7.0, and so naturally I deleted the Sitemeter widget as soon as I found out the cause! It's working fine now.

This is true, it seems. Readers can't get into blogs and other sites with SiteMeter's widget on them. SiteMeter was hacked? :-(
