Size for Image Widget

  1. I'm trying to add an Image Widget, which I figured out how to do, but I can't figure out how big my theme's sidebar is to see how big I should be making the images (they end up either way too big or too small). I'm using the theme Twenty Ten, how I can figure out the appropriate size of an image? Thanks!

The blog I need help with is peasandcougars.com.

  2. If the image is uploaded to your image library here and you leave the size fields empty wordpress should in most cases size the image for you to the maximum width for the sidebar. There are limits though and I would probably suggest uploading an image that is not too much larger than the sidebar width. The clear width in the sidebar is 200px.

  3. BTW, I read through your site and have bookmarked it.

  4. Thanks for your help! I'll try using that width and see if that works out better.
