The blog I need help with is infiniteday.wordpress.com.
That background is a little too much for my liking. It distracts from the content and over-powers the text surrounding the central layout. For example, I can barely read that there is an "About" tab on your main page - same thing goes for the header on your page.
Other than that, just improve your content and you should be good to go. You have an art page, so I'm sure original content is the most important aspect.
