This blog is about marketing for small businesses by a small business owner for a small business owner, this is not about the theory of marketing by some pro marketer who has probably never sold a product in their life. The world is already full to bursting with marketing consultants and it does not need any more.

I came across affiliate marketing within the last year, I have used some of these products and have actually found them useful, which surprised me. My question for you is, have you used affiliate marketing products, info products and what do you think of them?
I have been writing some notes about Google AdSense to see if I can make any money from it. A grand total of 57 pence possible revenue. I wonder how long it will take me to earn enough money to take my wife out for a meal down to the local chip shop.

From what i have so far seen from AdSense it will take me years.
http://clearstart.wordpress.com I have now managed the grand total of £2.48 for google adsense. Am I chfffed! OK it took me far more on google adwords to get it, still £2.48. WOW. Almost enough for a bread roll at the local corner shop.
