   Hello! I am seeing many bloggers with smiley icons. How do I access this cool feature and place it on my blog?

   The blog I need help with is specialspice.wordpress.com.

   You can enable them on your Writing Page > Settings > Writing
   Formatting
   _ Convert emoticons like :-) and :-P to graphics on display
